Memorial Healthcare System Named to 2015 List of Best Companies To Work For In Florida

Memorial Healthcare System has been named to Florida Trend magazine’s 2015 list of “Florida’s Best Companies to Work For.”

It’s the seventh consecutive year that Memorial has ranked on Florida Trend’s list. Memorial was 16th among large companies of 250 or more employees, and the only healthcare provider on that list.

To develop the list, Florida Trend partnered with Best Companies Group to rank 100 companies in the small, medium and large employer categories. Companies underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy and demographics, and also conducted a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
