Wellington Office

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is known in South Florida as one of the region’s leading pediatric hospitals in Broward and Palm Beach, and one that cares for children with specialized and acute needs.

While historically located in south Broward County and treating a high number of patients from Palm Beach, the hospital is now extending its footprint by opening its first specialty physician practice in Wellington.

The Wellington development is meant to foster collaboration with area pediatricians and other healthcare providers, bringing the hospital’s highly specialized services closer to home for patients and the Palm Beach community.

Also, it will help to fill a need for such pediatric services in that area. This will be the third pediatric specialty practice in Palm Beach for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital with the other two located in Boca Raton.

The new office, a 30,000 square-feet facility, will house full-time physicians in multiple areas of pediatric specialties. The office, which will be under a leased agreement, is located on Florida State Road 441, north of Lake Worth Road and south of Forest Hill Boulevard.
