About Me

I am pediatric endocrinologist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. I care for children with diabetes, hypoglycemia, thyroid, growth hormone disorders and other endocrine concerns.

Since I was young, I witnessed my grandmother's struggles with diabetes, which inspired me to pursue a career in helping others with the disease. In medical school, I particularly enjoyed learning about endocrinology, treating patients with DKA, and diagnosing and managing patients at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) Hyperinsulinism Center. During my residency, one of the most impactful experiences was working as a physician at a diabetes summer camp. This solidified my passion for pediatric endocrinology and allowed me to learn a great deal from the kids I worked with.

I was born and raised in South Florida, and I am very excited to care for patients in my hometown. When I was in high school, I volunteered at the Joe DiMaggio gift shop, so working here now feels like coming full circle.

I love making my patients' lives easier by treating their conditions and ensuring they can access the care and support they need. I am a thoughtful and detailed physician who will listen to my patients and go above and beyond for their needs.

In addition to providing patient care, I am dedicated to expanding our patients' access to diabetes technology.
