When you come to us during your pregnancy, you can expect:

• Complete care for moms and babies: Our collaboration with Memorial Healthcare System’s maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk pregnancy specialists enables us to provide advanced care for moms. Our Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is just down the hall from where you’ll deliver at the Memorial Regional Hospital Family Birthplace. That means you never have to be more than a few steps from your newborn.
• Comprehensive team approach: When you come to our Fetal Care Center, you’ll see all the specialists your baby will need — typically on the same day. No matter the diagnosis, we have skilled specialists trained to handle it. Our team puts together a detailed care plan for your pregnancy and delivery. • Advanced diagnostic testing: We use advanced testing techniques, including high-resolution fetal ultrasound, MRI, echocardiogram and genetic testing, to accurately diagnose fetal conditions. We monitor your baby’s progress throughout your pregnancy. Doing so allows us to adjust the care plan as needed to achieve a successful outcome.
