Nurse Practitioners
Kimberly White, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Kimberly White is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with a Master of Science degree in family practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. She then spent several years working as a pediatric nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. During that period of time, she earned her master’s degree from Barry University. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, a nursing honor society.
Kim has a special interest in spinal deformities in children and adolescents.

Lindsay Casey, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Lindsay Casey, PA-C, is certified to practice as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Florida. She went on to earn her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from University of Florida.
Lindsay is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has a special interest in the surgical and nonsurgical management of pediatric sports medicine injuries and fractures.
Hannah Chadwick, MPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Hannah Chadwick, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) at JDCH Orthopedic Center. She completed her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University school of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2009. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Ohio Dominican University in 2014. She began her PA career working in family medicine in Ohio. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Melissa Chapman-Leccesse, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Melissa Chapman-Leccesse is certified to practice as a physician assistant by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She completed a Bachelor of Science at Florida Atlantic University. She then earned her Masters of Physician Assistant at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York.
Melissa is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She has a special interest in sports related injuries and fractures in children and adolescents.
Agnes L. Fuerst, MPAS, PA-C, B.S, B.A.
Physician Assistant
Agnes L. Fuerst, MPAS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) at JDCH Orthopedic Center. She completed her undergraduate double degrees in both History, and Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida in 2017. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2022. She began her PA career working at JDCH Orthopedic Center in 2023. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Chaquera Jackson, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Chaquera Jackson is board certified by the National Commission on certification of physician assistants to practice as a PA-C. She received her bachelor’s of science in athletic training at the University of Central Florida. She then went on to complete her graduate degree in physician assistant studies at South University. She is a member of the American Academy of physician assistants, as well as the Florida Academy of Physical Assistants.

Lauren Johnson is a nationally certified physician assistant currently working in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at SUNY Geneseo in Geneseo, New York and then earned her Master of Science at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
